Description
Mechanical pre-assemby following parts lists and drawings as well as electrical installation according to wiring diagrams of the entire machinery up to launch readiness followed by handover to programming and precommissioning by the manufacturer.
Compile stakeout plan in DWG form, followed by marking of roughly 500 geometry points and 2,200 measuring points on site of the production line.
After successful shipping inspection by the customer, the mechanical and electrical documentation and labeling of the entire machinery plus disassembly preparation commenced.
Mechanical dis-/reassembly of the new machinery for the manufacturing of battery cases for electric drives.
Professional packaging of the disassembled machine parts onto transport skids for machinery, fixtures and pallet cages as well as cross transport including loading activities.
Organisation of logistics and transportation for a total of 32 semitrailers and various special transports.
Execution of control surveys using laser trackers after reassembly and subsequent commissioning and production assistance.
